The Office Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Mackenzie

I went in here last night and while initially it looked like a cool spot. However after a few hours being there, I will never step foot in this establishment again. While I was trying to enjoy a simple night out, it all went south. There was a woman working whose behavior was so despicable, I felt like vomiting. A guy accidentally made a mistake and thought this woman was pregnant. Sure a total mistake on his part and I can understand where someone could be offended. However he was not being mean, facetious or condescending. He was extremely inebriated and made a mistake. Which he felt super bad about and apologized. This woman though overreacted so badly and screamed at him, screamed at others in front of all the customers(including myself) which was extremely childish, unprofessional and pathetic. Furthermore she then goes into the kitchen and starts throwing stuff around, cursing about that guy so loudly that we could all hear. It made the whole establishment extremely tense, awkward and everyone wanted to leave. If anyone is going to act that poorly and unprofessional in their workplace, that is going to cause customers to not want to come into the pub. That woman clearly has mental issues, zero control over her emotions and made and absolutely fool out of not only herself but the entire Office Pub. I hope that woman gets some professional help to deal with her issues cause that was utterly unacceptable.

You lost a customer with myself for sure. That is the last thing I want to see after a workday where I hoped to unwind. Instead I went home rattled and couldn't sleep all night cause of the way she treated that guy and how it affected everyone else. I hope the establishment take sthis seriously and address's this. Otherwise more and more customers...

What a great place!! The staff is so friendly and very good service 👌 in all honesty the food is soo good here !!! Had a Greek salad and crispy breaded 🐔 burger, and the breading was hand made and probably the best I have ever had!! Tender chicken. The fries are so good and big portion. We had a lava cake, and it's was a perfect combo and cake and whipp cream. There is a vaccine passport, and I.d check. a sign in paper, hand sanitizer all at the door. I saw the staff clean the tables after the table was eaten, and the staff literally wiped everything down like properly EVERYTHING. In the proper order 👌 there is a huge parking lot lots of room and close up parking for asseiblity. The food is good the price is good the staff is friendly. Been in Mackenzie for about a month now and came here multiple times. The service has been terrible everytime. Staff take ages to bring you menus, drinks etc. Many times I've had one to two hour waits for food (I waited a hour and a half for a burger and fries, like c'mon) and one time I didn't get my food at all. While your waiting the staff almost never comes to your table to refill drinks or update you on food, although sometimes this depends on the waiter(ess) helping you. I dont know the circumstances behind the terrible service but it's consistent.
