Overpriced for the quality. $11 for 5 small potato skins. Chicken in sandwiches and burgers were cold. The Ceasar dressing was of poor quality and had "blobs". Fries were over cooked. Sever was rude. Yelled at customer. She even stated that she hates her job. Why work there then. One of the worst places we’ve been to. Do NOT recommend this place.

I like this place but I don’t understand why they are always closed during the day on the weekends.

We planned to have lunch there as a family while our kids played hockey. Only to find that they were closed for a private event. Then the next time we came today only to find that their hours have shifted from 12pm ( as shown on the Google hours ) to 2 PM opening on Saturday and Sunday.

At least change your hours of operation on your Google page so people don’t get their expectations set and then arrive at your door only to find that you guys are closed because you’ve written on a chalkboard that you change the hours or that you’ve written on a chalkboard that you have a private function . It doesn’t build a good relationship with the community with people who want to spend money and support local businesses.

If there are staffing issues or other issues, why not just have one person working at the bar and do a limited menu with walk up service?French fries and a pre made sandwichs and beer is for parents who had to get up and bring their kids to hockey.

Maybe create a buffet style brunch menu with and advertise to all of the household’s in east Maple Ridge looking for a closer restaurant/pub option?

Reducing hours is the first move towards a decline in the overall business. Instead of reducing hours for costs savings - adjust the operations to be lean and mean and try to increase traffic into the restaurant.

I will support every small business owner or business owner of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows 110% of the time as long as they are making the effort to create something exciting for all of us like me who are willing to support.

If the situation changes I will...

Place was very understaffed for how many people were there, my buddy who broke his leg a few months ago was denied entry because he was limping (they said he was too drunk, he was our DD and didn’t have a single drop of alcohol) even after showing the bouncer at the door his scars from his surgery, all he got was a “thats not going to cut it buddy” and sent on his way. My other buddy and I didn’t even find out he wasn’t allowed in until an hour later because we were stuck in a 50 minute line for the bar to get a beer, all while drunk parents were cutting the line and harassing the bartenders until they caved and served them before the rest of us waiting patiently in line. Missed majority of the game we...

A guy at the restaurant, about 5’8, grey short hair, and short beard is EXTREMELY rude. My boyfriend and I went into the restaurant to see our other friends that were there. My boyfriend had broken his leg about two and a half months ago, causing him to still have a limp while walking. The “bouncer” told him he was not allowed in and said to him “you sure you want to come in buddy.” This was because of how he was walking, due to still having a limp, and after explaining the broken leg situation he continues to say “well that’s too bad.” Extremely rude, 0 customer service skills, overall a horrible...
