What a joke!! Le brac was closed so we decided to go Tim's instead. I wanted to try something different. I ordered 2 sandwich au poulet croustillant and wanted to try the burrito wrap. Instead I got 2 buns with no sauce and some dry chicken nuggets. Absolutely disgusting. Then we have the burrito wrap. They didn't add no rice, no cucumbers just a wrap with lettuce, chicken nuggets and two pieces of jalapeno and got charged 10$+tax. It's basically a chicken wrap with two slices of jalapeno. Absolute scam. You and your staff should be embarrassed of yourselves. I was there today Feb 22, 2025 at 3:45pm. It's been years we have stopped eating Tim's because of this. They never failed to mess up orders. Not once!! You need to be sued and put out of business. Added picture.

(2023) Eeeeeefin.. c'est devenu une denrée rare (depuis la pandémie), un Tim de petite ville donc la salle à manger est ouverte à 20hr! C'est un beau Tim pratiquement dédié au hockey. Les employés lors de ma visite furent exemplaires.. même qu'elle est venue laver ma table avant que je m'y assoie! (2024) Accueil incomparable, les employés de fin de soirée sont sympathiques! La salle à manger est toujours propre et bien rangée, sauf que, vous devez toujours garder votre manteau malgré l'ambiance chaleureuse.. il fa freeeette!

I've now ordered the SAME drink 3 times at the drive-thru, it was made wrong every time. Gotten cold food, missing items... something is wrong with each order.

When I've gone inside to enquire, staff have just shrugged and said "oh yeah, we don't have that right now". If you made a mobile order, they just give you the wrong item and tell you to send a complaint in the app.

Save yourself some time, and drive 5 minutes to the next Tims...

J'y vais a tous les jours.Il y a seulement le service au volant le matin donc si vous avec une remorque vous aller devoir attendre en fils debout dans le service au volant pendants environs de 15 a 30 min. Toujours tres long meme s'il y a juste 1 voiture devant car ils ne préparent pas les commandes en ordre.Certains employé font un belle efforts avec ce qu'ils ont, d'autre dise meme pas bonjours ni aurevoir ,ils disent le montant pis ca sarrete la...parfoit ils ce trompe,recommence et ne fait pas leffort de te donner ce que tu a commander et il te le dise que ceat pas exactement cque tu veux, comme tu attend deja en moyenne 30 min,et bien tu ferme ta boite pis tu le prend...Presque toujours low staff...parfois ils sont seulement 2 pour linterieur et le service au volant.En fin bref ne laisser vos enfants aller travailler la,ca va briser leurs confiance,si tu ne sait pas travailler en service ou pas capable de travailler super vite pendants des heurs,ne va pas travailler la.Bonne continuation a ceux qui travaillait et travail la présentement.Arrete...
