Order to go, poutine box half empty, burgers were ok, but tiny pieces of bacon, no worth the extra for it, and the worst, the attitude of the girl, no smile, very rude, refuse to speak in English even we said first bonjour and after, hello, how you doing, barely look at us, giving looks like disgusted and when asked for ketchup or any sauce only give two and nothem elase to right after turn away, no napkins, didn't ask if we need anything else, nothing, kind of disappointed, my friend Canadian, me Mexican and the server black, don't know what was her problem, we were kind even we were tired of a long trip and she just ruined the night and our meal, if she doesn't like to work or have a issue she must not be there, never had this issue in any other location whit any other server it doesn't matter he-shebwas White, black, Indian, Asian or whoever, at the end my friend left to the car while I wait for the order that took longer and that last one to be served, even others order after us,...

i asked for no sauce on my burger and i was told that they cannot do that for me. i’m not a karen, i work in fast food, and i usually don’t get upset about poor service, but for what reason can you not accommodate that request. i was not asking for anything extra, i just wanted no sauce. Quand vous allez sur place le soir; ils se foutent de vous bin red au comptoir. Les jeunes vous font attendre 30 mins sans meme vous regarder, mais vont se depecher de servir leurs chums au service au volant qui vient darriver en pick up, pendant que ca fait 30 mins que vous etes la et que la commande na jamais ete passee encore. Du vrai foutage de gueules, les jeunes qui etaient presents tot le soir apres souper vers 19h00 le 9 mai 2023 pour y travailler, sont de vrais incompetants. Pourtant lendroit semblait bien rouler durant le reste de la journee.
