PFK — Restaurant in Matane

Very bad service. Because of the language barrier I could not speak to the guy at te counter. The guy clearly showed me on the board what I wanted and with confirmed "Wī" . When they took money I did not see how much they charged but once the order was brought to me I realized it's the wrong order and they have charged me too much. So so I complained using the translator that it's not my food and I would like to get what I ordered and get the refund they refused and said started like saying this is French speaking city you're only going to speak French but my problem was with the with the food or language it was with the thing that they charge me too much for the wrong...

This place says it’s open tell 9 you show up at 8 and they are closed can’t get anything there super bad service and I will not be there again, you get off the boat at 7:40 and go to kfc for 8 and can’t...

Pour ma part je vais au PFK souvent, aucun problèmes avec la nourriture 5/5 MAIS MAIS MAIS Mon-dieux que le service a la caisse est pitoyable.TOUJOURS mais TOUJOURS des oublies ou mauvais montant facturé, bref vraiment mal organisé. Le pourquoi de ma critique est que sa m'es arrivé beaucoup trop de fois en un court lape de temps en plus que ceci est un problème récurent qui durent depuis plusieurs années ( par expérience ) Et ceci n'arrive pas juste a moi, beaucoup de fois en même temps que j'attend de recevoir ma commande, d'autre clients se plaignent d'oublie constamment... Bref un problème...
