Golden Grain Bakery Ltd — Restaurant in Melfort

I've always enjoyed a warm and friendly atmosphere when at this place ever since I moved back here to my home town about seven years ago. Actually this is also the first place that I found a job during summer holidays after graduating grade ten.. I continued throughout my life thus far as being a high school drop off so when ever im giving someone my educated guess at one thing or another just remember that iits coming from someone without an education lol but for real. So it was pierts bakery back in the day when I worked there for a short while. It was a pretty cool job delivering goodies to places in town and serronding area as far as Birch Hills. Ok enough can with duel exhaust that was even equipt with a set of bottles for mufflers making the hot rod sound which they were designed for. Oh ya. I never ever even one time dipped into the supply of goodies I had in my van. Ha ha ya right and left. What about the middle. I don't know. You can keep it. Smells like yellow. I have heard for years the Golden Grain in Melfort is a must for a bakery stop. Today I had the chance, travelling out of Saskatoon for work and passed through Melfort. Made the stop and everyone was right! Most amazing donuts!!! Choco covered bismark was heavenly and the cake donuts so lusciously soft. Need to find more reasons to head to Melfort...

Whenever we visit Melfort , a trip to the Golden Grain Bakery is always done. The bakery has such a great smell when you enter the store . My family really like the big feet donuts, so tasty .
