It was just a routine stop for some grub during work today and man did it not disappoint! Firstly I need more sassy hostesses and/or cashiers just because it makes the whole experience memorable! My buddy unfortunately wasn't much of a fan which made the experience so much better. Being told he can't handle food isn't something he hears ever ššš
Courtney was a delight from start to finish and the retorts were a welcomed distraction from a long busy day of driving! Her wit and charm had me absolutely wanting to come back for more, but maybe with someone better equipped to handle sass!
The food was absolutely worth the wait especially with our own lil beeper to indicate when it was ready! My burger was so filling I am still recovering from the satiety hours later! The sweet potato fries had a very unique sauce accompany them which had me intrigued, but also very happy! Please don't share that secret!!!
I will definitely be back and maybe I will have a crack at the mini golf and some ice...

Weāve tried many of the burger places along the way to cottage country, and this is our favourite. Kids meal was very reasonably priced (includes a scoop of ice cream too!) and all of the other food was well priced and delicious! They also had a few vegan/vegetarian options (which we havenāt tried). The patio area has ample shaded seating, and there is parking off the side street and out front. The washroom isnāt anything special, but itās not a portopotty! They use all compostable containers and cutlery which is nice to see and support. Service was friendly, and they use a buzzer system so you can actually have a seat while you wait for your food instead of waiting for someone to yell your name (usually about a 15-20 min wait). Looking inside their kitchen, everything looks very clean...

Or even most people. Also, your burgers being all home made by HAND, and ALSO massive? Seems like the sort of thing you should have warned me about, because I was NOT expecting this from a tiny burger shack in the middle of Clifford. These are the kind of burgers that gourmet joints in Toronto charge $25 for, and yet you are selling them for less than half that. Are you ok, Clifford Snack Shack?
I am not complaining, I am just worried about you, because if you disappear, I have literally no where else to eat lunch, and also, because you are amazing.
side notes: tons of vegetarian and alternative protein options, and while I am not a french fry person, everyone I know who has tried theirs have given them rave reviews. Plus: massive...
