BBQ Mirabel — Restaurant in Mirabel

We went to have dinner today in BBQ Mirabel — overall it was a decent experience, but a bit of a mixed bag. I was excited to try the onion soup , bbq ribs and roasted chicken. The onion soup tasted sour and salty! I always order onion soup in other restaurant… but this is the worst I ever tasted!

The ribs came with a lot of gravy and tasted sour ! (again! ) I asked my hubby if he tasted the sour taste, he agreed as well. In my opinion, the ribs are not cooked properly. You can checked the photo they have in the menu and the one I got.

That said, a few things could’ve been better. The wait time was longer than expected. Some of the sides (like the fries) is overwhelming. My girlfriend and I had an incredible dining experience at BBQ Mirabel. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the warm hospitality — the staff was courteous, respectful, and always attentive at just the right moments. The owner was an outstanding host who made us feel genuinely welcome.

We ordered the bacon Caesar salad, a bacon and onion all-dressed pizza, the London steak, and butterfly shrimp — and every single bite was phenomenal. Everything was fresh, cooked to perfection, and bursting with rich, unforgettable flavor. The quality of the ingredients was top-tier, and you could really taste the care and craftsmanship behind each dish.

Excellent en tout sauf sur un point de turbulence.

Nous y avons soupé avec notre fils hier le 20 mai 2017. Tout fut excellent sauf pour la turbulence excessive d’enfants que des parents irresponsables et irrespectueux ont laissé faire sans aucune intervention de leur part pour améliorer l’ambiance alors que tous les clients ainsi que les serveurs et serveuses étaient en colère et complètement étourdis. Nous nous sommes fait dire par une employée que cette partie où nous étions est l’ancienne section pour fumeurs et que c’est très écho. Elle était aussi désolée de cet inconvénient qui fut très désagréable. Évitez alors la section de gauche quand vous entrez surtout si vous percevez des petits monstres agités. Les prix sont très compétitifs et nous sommes satisfaits de nos choix. Mon épouse et moi avons pris le spécial deux pour $22.00 avec soupe et salade incluses. Mon épouse a commandé le filet sole pané et moi, les pennes pepperonis gratinés. Notre fils a choisi les fettucinis Mirabel à $15.95 en table d’hôte. La soupe aux fruits de mer était délicieuse ainsi que nos salades césar et maison. Nous avons bien aimé notre serveuse du nom de Virginie. Total de l’addition de $43.64 avec les taxes ce qui est très raisonnable. Le menu est varié et plusieurs spéciaux sont offerts. Nous avons aimé ce restaurant et le recommandons malgré notre expérience désagréable pour la foire aux enfants turbulents.
