Wonderful ambiance for afternoon/evening drinks, St-Charles has a nice patio with tables as well as a seating area if you wish to relax with friends. The have a creative menu, tartars, seasonal dishes as well as a unique spin on regular bistro items. The have a selection of beer on tap and an interesting cocktail menu. We did not look at the wine menu but shelves of wine inside obviously tells the story. Our server was eager to practice her English with my gf who doesn’t speak a lick of French. I travel to Mirabel often for work and have met found many spots to eat, but happened to stumble upon this by accident. It was such a cute spot, the service was AMAZING, and the salmon salad I had was actually perfect. Salmon was cooked perfectly, dressing was great, and it hit the spot. Knowledgable about gluten free items, which is always a bonus for me as well.

Too bad the service was so bad because the place and the food was great! Maybe just the waitress we fell upon, but I’m being generous with the 3 stars. She wasn't bothered to explain their 2 for 1 specials so we weren’t able to take advantage of it. She never made sure we had cutlery or glasses for water, we had to ask.
