Casse-Croûte de la Rivière du Nord — Restaurant in Mirabel

Typical fast food spot, with all the usual options and they have ads for this "Maniac fried chicken" Prices are high, 2$ hot dogs, 6$ plain hamburger. I ordered the Fried chicken burger, to go.. what a letdown. The thing is 10$, it's displayed on a badly taken picture with fries and pickles. I'm not sure if that's when you eat there, because I only got the burger. It was fine, chicken is crispy, a bit dry inside. Poor seasoning on the batter, wouldn't call it "maniac". My wife got a burger and small poutine. The burger was fine, the poutine... I don't know what that was. Some weird mix between classic quebec poutine shacks and McDonalds.. the fries are probably frozen, they're so white. There are way better fast food spots...

First ... way overpriced ! We all know that everything is getting high on prices but ... come on ! We get there for the "poulet maniac" that we used to buy somewhere else but the place is now closed. Ordered 5 poulet maniac meals for takeout and here's what we got! Sorry but totally disgusting ! Nobody could eat that **! Over cook or dirty oil, not sure but the taste was awful. It's a shame to serve this to customers. First and last...

WAY WAY overpriced for frozen fries. Powdered sauce that had no taste, was congealed. Yucky. 30$ for 2 people for a few dogs a poutine and a pogo. Really? Couldn't eat more than a few bites, aweful. Oh yeah and a few chicken nuggets. They gave no sauce with the nuggets either. Don't waste your money or your appetite here. For 30$ you can have much better elsewhere. Overall hated it. Bad bad meal.2...
