Frites Madame — Restaurant in Mirabel

Stared off of the wrong foot. I Order 4 hot dog and a large poutine with sausage. Mind you the hotdogs with 2 all dressed and 2 all dressed with ketchup, when she repeated my ordering hade to stop her and corrected her and specified two all dressed with ketchup. When I got the total I asked her to repeat the total. I understand 35. 30. Gave her 37$ and got two 5$ back, looked at the person I was with and asked them the total that they heard and confirmed my amount. So I asked for my receipt and saw that I was charged 25.30, I then told her she still owes me change. She then looked confused, and I hade to tell her I gave her 37$ and that she still owed me 1.70$. I ended up getting back to much and was very confused. Once we got our order, we noticed that we were missing two all dressed and the hot dogs we did get only had ketchup. Also noticed the the poutine didn't have sausage, the fries were undercooked and the sauce was bland and watered down. I was not impressed and found having to go back multiple times for simple things. By the end we gave up and left...

Mise à jour (Avril 2025): Les chirozes était bien, le rondelles étaient bien, mais les frites que j'adore, quand ils fonctionne au poids, soit 1/2 livre, 1 lb, etc... Je commande 1 livre, mais le sac pas complètement plein et pour cause, il y avais 3/4 de livre 25% manquais, à 362 grammes avec emballage, un peu trop loin de la livre que je paye! ils faudraient qu'ils s'ajuste et vérifie ce qu'ils font au minimum! Mise à jour (Sept 2022): J'ai commandé un hamburger double tout garnis sauf moutarde. Dommage la viande avais pas de goût, pas d'épice et était vraiment sec et la garniture aussi! Et comme d'habitude, Tout Garnis n'inclue pas le Ketchup! Pourtant il en mette pas si tu leur dit pas comme pas mal d'autres place de frite , hotdog et hamburger! pour sauvé 10 cent de frais pour le Ketchup! Cela me fait chier et rire en même temps pour ces gratteux là! et tout les autres. Au moins les frites sont encore bonne. Mise à jour(2020) : Toujours très bonne frite maison, mais quantité moyenne et j'ai essayé leur Smoked meat (la sandwich viandes fumée) la quantité de viande n'est pas beaucoup, un pouce au max au centre et diminue rapidement vers les bords (voir photo) et la viande pas assez de gras pour le goût et sec aussi, je préfère La belle province pour aussi de bonne frite maison, mais goût différent et plus en quantité. Bonne frite, et certains mets différent de la moyen des place à patates frites, prix bon en moyenne mais pas pour tout comme les boule de poulet frits ou boule d'oignons frit....
