Subway — Restaurant in Mission

I don’t get it I thought food was supposed to be fresh while I’m getting to be looks like old lettuce and legit 2 pieces of spinish and the nastiest chicken I came home and it’s pink and that’s not food safe I see flies flying around and my orders were simple but confusing for the one making them and it’s just ridiculous how much u pay for a sandwich and you don’t even get a decent amount of ingredients on it like why so much lettuce but everything else is less and mind me again you shouldn’t be serving almaot brown lettuce it tastes bad smells bad and where’s the food safe in all this I’m angry I paid money on a sandwich I’m not gonna eat because it could poison me and food safe person should go there and change some things or your gonna lose a lot...

Have had good experiences here in the past, but today was different. Ordered a BMT and the ham she put on looked visibly expired and I actually thought it was turkey. Never in the dozens of times I’ve eaten at Subway have I ever seen any meat look like that. She was quite rude when I asked her about it and told me I didn’t need to eat the sub if I didn’t want to. Opted out and got a refund and I would be cautious if you got anything there with ham on it in the near future. The vegetables were also quite wilted. I wish I could give zero stars! Such a rude lady behind the counter, seemed to be the owner. Disgusted look on her face, no manners at all, attitude with repsonses and rushing customers. Getting mad when asking for more veggies/toppings. Remember you are there to serve your customers. WE PAY you for you providing a service
