Hungries Diner — Restaurant in Moncton

Big breakfast enthusiast here, I’ve wanted to give Hungries a try for some time so we went here for breakfast and was completely blown away with the lack of service to say the least. Food did not look or taste appealing. Everything Had a fishy taste to it and a rubbery look. Coffee was made from a keurig machine and we even had to get up and go get it ourselves once the machine finished dispensing. Nothing was brought to our table by the server. Atmosphere was an eye sore to say the least. The owner needs to do some serious renovations, it looks like a greasy night club inside. They even have a table made out of a door…!? 0 out of 10 stars for me. Threw out my plate and Won’t be returning. Terrible experience. An older looking building with fantastic food! It was my first time dining here today, and their Cheeseburger absolutely blew me away. Their poutine was decent. My only notes would be thicker gravy, however I'd still be eager to eat here several times a week. If I was a local to Moncton, I'd be certainly interested in exploring the rest of their menu in what some would call a rather short period of time. Burger, Poutine and drink totaling just under 25$ with no question I was filled.

All in all it's one of the best burgers I've had in recent memory!

Hungries is a must place to visit for excellent home cooked food. I had their cheeseburger which was one of the juiciest and best hamburger I’ve ever had. The chef hand grinds and forms his own patties and cooks them to perfection. All the fries are hand cut from russet potatoes and you can truly taste the difference! My kids had the breakfast sandwich which was again perfectly done; this isn’t a typical breakfast sandwich, everything was put together just right.
