Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Moncton

I've never had a good experience at this location. Today was the final straw for me. I went through the drive-thru and ordered 6 donuts. When they handed me the box I opened it to make sure the order was correct as I've had issues at this location before and I had also just watched the person in the window try to hand the box to the car in front of me. When I opened the box the donuts were incorrect. I picked up two from the box to make sure that they were incorrectly made before I told the employee of the mistake. She then took the donuts back from me after I had them in my car and TOUCHED them and she put them back in the display case to sell to someone else. That is DISGUSTING!!! It's actually worse than the time they sold me chili that was still partially frozen and hadn't been brought up to a safe temperature. The health board should shut this...

Litteraly sitting here in the Tim Hortons parking lot waiting for my husband come out. There was NO ONE in the restaurant when he went in. 5 people working yet we are still 10 mins here waiting for them to make 2 bagels. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons in all of North America. They are slow, no one is actually wanting to work. There is one « supervisor » who is the most unfriendly person ive ever encountered. This Tims needs a complete overhaul, need additional training and some training on client service. 10 mins when your the only person in the store. Absolutely ridiculous. I use to go here every morning as its down the street from my home, I have stopped going to Tims all together. Morning staff needs a good lesson in smiling and friendliness, There was one guy (new Canadian) here who was always smiling and friendly but he is gone now. And were left with new Canadians who cannot say good morning or crack a smile. I have started making coffee at home. Can we please get the older ladies back who use to work here in the mornings and afternoons and the High School students who use to work the evening shifts! Or a staff that is friendly and listens and get a $4 coffee...
