This place has the warmest and kindest people working there. Unparalleled vibes. It’s on a small road, perfectly out of the way, and serves all the classic casse croûte options, but they also have salads and other solid vegetarian options with produce from the farms down the road. Everything was delicious, nothing was greasy, but everything that needed to be crispy was the crispiest. To find a fast food place on the side of a rural highway with locally sourced food that I can eat is a god send. I am always frustrated to not be able to eat in so many places due to the unhealthy selction of food but this place is so different from all these other basic "casse croutes". The owners are worldly and have a great appreciation for food. I highly recommend this place and am going there today once again.
