Still waiting for that call...food is excellent customer service is NOT their priority. Considering that I order ALL the time for my events I'm extremely disappointed with the service received. I placed a call on Friday July 29th to speak to the manager. Was told by the very rude receptionist that I was going to get a call back the same day. I had called based on an false information that the same receptionist provided to my cousin for their catering service. The fact that we are August 2nd today and to still have not received call from them goes to show you how much they don't value their loyal customers. Their food may me good but to me a business is not a great business without good customer service. Has I had told that receptionist, if my name was Nathalie Girard I would have gotten that call back. Unfortunately it's just typical for certain businesses in my community to be little customers of their own community. It's too bad because I've always beleived in investing in my community and because of their lack of care they have lost a very loyal customer. What is more sad is that they will read this comment and not reach back because like I've said in the beginning customer service is not their priority!! I still wish them well and hopefully they will report to their team to make an effort in improving the service they provide to customers because at the end of the day without clients a business cannot thrive.
UPDATE August 4th: After my comment was posted, I had the pleasure of receiving a call from chef Ray one of the owners. The service received from him was impeccable!! Hopefully his knowledge of customer service will reflect on his front liners as well as they are the main reason for my review. Thank you again chef Ray for...

We hired Duo de Chef for our wedding, and they completely exceeded our expectations. Communication was clear and responsive from day one. We even had the chance to do a tasting menu beforehand, with the cost deducted from our final bill—a nice touch.
Our chosen menu included spicy shrimp with mango salsa, chicken wings, salmon tartare, griot, lasagna, baby ribs, rice, mac & cheese, and two different salads. At $55 per person for all that (plus chef fees and travel), the value was more than reasonable.
On the day, they arrived right on time, adapted seamlessly to our venue setup (even though our side of the organization was… let’s say, “less than perfect”), and handled everything with zero complaints. The chefs were professional, kind, and genuinely contributed to making our wedding run smoothly.
And the food? Absolutely delicious—guests couldn’t stop raving about it. My only “complaint” is that the food was so good, all the leftovers got taken by guests before I could enjoy a second round!
If you want catering that’s professional, flexible, and serves up unforgettable food, I absolutely recommend...
Read moreThe service was A++++++ — the two girls at the front counter were incredibly welcoming, attentive and took time to explain the whole menu.
The food was super full of flavor, BUT THE SHOWSTOPPERS FOR ME: shrimp and griot.
Sweet potatoes fries were better than the regular ones but I’m biased.
The mac & cheese looked insane but I don’t eat dairy.
We did notice when we sat down it’s primarily a takeout spot with many Uber orders, lots of drivers in and out. The young ladies went out of their way to ensure we felt comfortable dining in.
A highlight of the experience was the chef personally coming out to greet us, bring us the juicy griot.
Despite being a 40-minute drive from home, the incredible food and hospitality made it well worth the trip. Warning though if you are driving from far: dining in there’s no bathroom access. so easy...
