Pizza Promo — Restaurant in Montreal

We saw this promotion for pizza in the flyers with a coupon for a decent price. I called on a recent Saturday at around 5;30pm. A lady answered, after a few rings, and asked our address. When she told us that there would be a extra $3 fee for the delivery because it was too far, I told her that this wasn't the first time we ordered from here. She put us on hold, at this point saying she couldn't find our number in the system, sounding annoyed, and after a few minutes, told us it was a new charge since the last month. She was shouting for our order, saying that she had other orders to take from the volume of calls. She was very rude, and I asked to speak with her manager. She put us on hold, and disconnected the line. How horrible! No customer should be treated this way. As a result, I was so turned off by the call and the service, I called another pizza delivery closer to home, -the pizza tasted much better. Don't order from this place, they are extremely rude and don't care about their customers. Even if this pizza was free, I would not recommend it to anybody.
