They reached out to me and apologized and gave me rebate codes. I decided to humor them. First code worked. Second delivery, my order never arrived. When I called, they kept telling me I'd get it in 5-10 minutes. Two hours in, no delivery. I asked to be reimbursed and the man on the phone said that because I had used a promo code, they wouldn't reimburse. It's only when I started calling them thieves that they agreed to reimburse me within 7 business days. Note: at one point my call was redirected to the St-Leonard franchise directly and in over 10 minutes, no one picked up. When I called the central number back and THEY called the St-Leo franchise, they ALSO got no response.

This place is run by clowns. Avoid at all costs.

I have had a problem with every single delivery I've made there. Uncooked fried pickles, missing toppings, delivery people forgetting to deliver and so on. Shame because the prices are great and when cooked properly, the pizza...

First and last time ordering here. I placed my order online for pick up. Arrived at the time of my pickup and waited over 20 minutes for an employee to acknowledge me. I watched one employee at the fry station with no mask talking on her cell phone. The manager was making pizzas in the back with his mask lowered under his mouth. I watched him wipe his face with his hands then proceed to grab the pizza toppings. And if that’s not all… the delivery driver walked in without a mask and headed straight to the kitchen to package the orders without washing his hands. I immediately cancelled my order and will never be returning. Very disappointed as I see many advertisers for this place and was looking forward...

I ordered from here Friday and it was terrible! First of all it took an hour and a half to get here (I live literally 5 minutes away). When i called the guy on the phone, he said they had just finished my order and it would be here in 5 to 10 minutes, they supposedly wanted to make sure it was hot so they made my order later than the others. When it finally showed up 20 minutes after i called, everything was cold, the fries cold and mushy, fried pickles again mushy and not crispy at all. Clearly my order was ready way before they probably forgot about it. I am really dissapointed in this place and will be ordering from somewhere else...
