I don't know what kind of Haitian food this is. The meats & fish at this place were all fried, some were breaded, & were all a recipe for high blood pressure. Way too much salt! You don't need that much salt & have to bread your meat & fish & fry your meat if the food has flavor. This food reminded me of American food... like Kentucky Fried Chicken. I've had much better & authentic Haitian food in Boston, Massachusetts. Lastly, I didn't care for the ladies' attitudes who worked there. I'm confused by my experience.I hate to leave a bad review but after seeing the great online reviews for this restaurant, I decided to get my food delivered. Well, the food was not only disgusting and greasy, especially their sauce, it did not seem fresh at all. I ordered the griot plate and the chicken plate for my friend and the food was horrrible. I bet the people leaving the reviews either know the owners (employees, friends,etc.) or are clueless about hygiene and food quality. We barely ate our food and threw everything in the garbage....
