I booked a weekend with my wife at the Holiday Inn Express, Côte de Liesel, having no restaurant service there, I walked to the nearest Tim Hortons (400m) to get some will deserved coffee, placed my order for 2 bacon wrap combos, (comes with 2 coffees) plus 2 scones and 2 rosettes, paid by interact $18: Minutes later, 2 coffees and a paper bag were placed before me. I picked up my order an walked out the door. When I arrived back at the hotel I realized the two wraps were not in the bag neither was my recipt , I immediately returned to Tim Hortons to report the error, where I was received with a deluge of of incrinating questions , in spite of showing clearly where the transaction went through, time and store #, eighteen minutes later and frustrated, I explained that my intention was not to beg for food but simply to clarify what in my view, was an honest mistake on their part. The director printed a copy of my order based on the time and amount, examined it and put it in the garbage while I waited. Read moreThis may take the cake for the absolute worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. It's a pathetic excuse for a restaurant. I'm normally just mad at the chain itself because it has been going downhill for years. But this is actually the employee's fault. They actually just don't care at all. No matter what I order, it's always wrong. Oh, and when it's right, it looks like a dog's breakfast. Don't expect class when you're going to a Tim Hortons. I know, but maybe cooked food or a toasted bagel. I may just go back in the future for a laugh. I can't even believe it has a rating of 3. That's way too high for this place. Please, I beg you to close this place down. It is so pathetic. Don't even try doing better pack up and try something else you've failed. Unreal. Read moreYesterday October 25th, around 5 pm I drove threw the drive thru and ordered my usual order a large ice cappuccino. I get to the window and realized that it wasn’t the right order I told the girl at the window and she proceeded to argue and insisted that I ordered an ice coffee when in fact I ordered an ice cappuccino.. it’s my after work routine. On that note she Insisted that I pay for the order and take the ice coffee to which I declined because it wasn’t what I had ordered. I asked her nicely to make me the ice cappuccino, she argued she wasn’t going to make it and told me to go back around the drive thru to reorder my drink…. After a 5 min argument she decided to make me the drink. I regularly drive thru the drive thru at this exact Tim Hortons location and every time this young woman serves me I am met with bad mannerisms and horrible customer service (by her because she works at the window).
