Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Montreal

The scan and pay never works at this location. While waiting for my food at the drive through, I realize that I paid full price. I then ask for a refund for the difference. The employee is refusing to process the refund. After a few words the so called person in charge comes and tells me to go to the front to get my refund. I don't understand why my refund cannot be processed on the spot. I don't even get a receipt at the drive through. This was last Friday morning. Today I purposely went in to the store. A young lady at the cash doesn't know how to process the scan and pay in the store. She asked for help from a lady. She was very rude and unprofessional as always. At the end she tried to help rudely twice and it did not work and gave up and told me to pay. The amount to be paid was the full price. Instead of the discounted price. I ended up not purchasing my breakfast and leaving. I will not be coming back to this location. I will be advising my friends not to come to this location. I have many other complaints but this made me write this review. The people working at this location needs to be retrained and be more professional towards all clients! Okay this Tim Horton’s by far the worst IF I COULD RATE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! All the employees are beyond rude and do not understand the meaning of customer service. Today I ordered a coffee, a chicken wrap and an m&m cookie… I received everything but the cookie and I told the lady I’m missing it. She tells me to hold on so I assume she went to get it. I was wrong. She went to talk to her coworker instead. She comes back to the drive thru window and realizes I’m still there and waiting .. she asked “what are you waiting for?” Of course I said “the cookie” in a very unpleased tone. After 5 more minutes she finally returns. This is one of the many unpleasant experience I’ve had here. Please save your money and time and go...

Again again and again! I keep stopping at this Tim Hortons and regretting my decision every single time.

If you thought about using the drive-thru to get your food quicker, joke's on you, is the slowest drive-thru you'll ever go through. They will make you drive around the front and park up and wait for your food and drinks because they are so slow they can't complete the orders on time. Service is rude no matter what time you show up no matter who's working.

If it wasn't for the location of this place, it would have shut down a long time ago.
