The service was good and the atmosphere was pretty good, but I found the fries to be overcooked (for my liking) not burnt but definitely overcooked! And I wasn't a fan of the pizza at all. I'm not sure if it's just me but I found it crazy expensive! I know everything is expensive these days but what you see in the poutine pizza combo pic is about a 6-7 inch pizza. The poutine was a good size but for the combo and 2 bottles of beer it was $38 before tip. All said and done i paid $45 for a 6-7 inch pizza with fries and gravy with some cheese. I actually left upset about the price! That being said I will probably give it another shot just to be fair, but so far I'm not impressed. And as usual I will adjust my review accordingly as I try...

Being a total outsider, this was a pleasant surprise. Quaint restaurant with friendly staff, it is one of a handful of places to have a sit-down meal without having to drive to the Kap. Big portions left me flabbergasted but maintained quality flavour in the food. Restaurant itself had small town vibes but no different than a hole-in-the-wall restaurants in larger cities. Had the mixed apps plate to start, then had the jalepeno burger with poutine, barber's pizza and wings. Took a lot of that back to where we were staying even with 4 adults splitting it all. If I ever pass by it again, I would make it a...

Not busy Sunday morning... sit anywhere...prompt service. Food was excellent although I asked for bacon and got sausages. I was ok with that but when I asked for maple syrup waitress seemed to forget and only brought it when I made a second request (15 minutes later)...with no apology...and it was table syrup not maple. Other than that little glitch it is a wonderful place, very relaxed and comfortably laid out. I would definitely...

The staff (I believe to be the restaurant's proprietor) was friendly when we came in. We didnt have to wait that long for our food, and when it came to the table our first impression was "wow look at the fries!". My chicken strips and fries were very good, the strips were large and the fries were delicious. The only complaint my wife had was that the chicken in her clubhouse was a little dry. The food was enjoyed all around though.
