As a Wisconsin native going into this Tim Horton's, I had high expectations for the coffee and donuts. I mean, USA has Dunkin' Donuts, Krispy Kreme, and regionally Kwik Trip, but ALL of Canada has Tim's. It's a national icon, and so I went in with my expectations high. Upon entering it was a quiet little coffee shop, like so many I've entered before. We walked to the greaser to look at the donuts, myself and my 3 children, as they drooled over the donuts in front of them. I had to politely refuse service initially, there was no line and the cashier asked how he could help. I explained that it was my first time in a Tim Horton's and that it was my daughter's birthday. She, turning 5, looks up at him and holds out her hand with fingers spread proudly proclaiming, "I'm 5!" We were left to our own devices until the cashier comes out with the whole crew singing "Happy Birthday" and bringing not 1, but 3 donuts for my kids! Not only was this unexpected, but it made me a lifetime customer. It made a huge impact on my daughter's birthday and will make me hold all Tim Horton's to this level. Not only that, but the coffee quality was spectacular. The donuts were firm and not greasy. The breakfast sandwich was hot and one of the best I've ever had. As shown above, the customer service was spectacular. These events were all my wife and I talked about on the way to the US-Canada border.

It’s been at least three times now that I’ve ordered an iced caramel macchiato and requested no expresso foam. I can understand that they have to punch it in as an iced toffee caramel latte and than they make it how it shows on the screen but that’s why I request no expresso foam.It makes me even more mad when they tell me it doesn’t come with espresso foam but that’s what I keep getting.

When you ask for your bagel belt to be cut in half.. it’s not hard. Apparently it is for this location. I had to rip through the last little bit and the sandwich is a mess. I don’t care.,what job you’re doing but take pride in it. This location has never been the same since it was sold .. they have a bazillion staff at any given time but completely useless!!

THE WORST TIM HORTONS IN CANADA BUT it's the best place to go for too cold, too hot, undercooked, over cooked, messed up coffee orders, food not made properly and if you want to find a white glob of something in your iced coffee... you found the place!!! Oh wait.. none of that is good.. I need to order everything separately and make my own coffee every day because they can't seem to understand what a black coffee is with little cream... then you need to take apart your food when you get home and make it the way it should be THEN microwave it because it's cold. I could tell the people working here my order 10 times over and make them repeat it to me and they will still get everything wrong. If this wasn't the only tim hortons south of winnipeg I'd never go here again but we are stuck with the worst tim hortons in canada. The owners and most of the employees of this location should be absolutely DISGUSTED with themselves and the sad disgusting tim hortons they run. P.s. I know it's Canada's worst tim hortons because I've been everywhere and visited most of the...

I'm usually not one to make reviews but I have reached my limits. 😬

The staff really needs to be trained for consistency. This was not an issue prior to covid... If you know, you know. For example, whenever I order an ice cap, I no longer order it in the morning anymore because all I get is a drink that tastes like pure cream. It's disgusting. Then when you give it back and ask for less cream, all you taste is the syrup.

However, whoever makes the ice caps during the late afternoon / evening shift, makes them perfectly. Props to you. It's normally the part timers that work after school. You can actually taste the coffee, not syrup or just all cream.

Another thing, do not cake the butter on the bagles and cut them a bit better. Also a toasty bagel is great. I've had a few that are barely even warm when I get it. Sure it's busy but quality is better than quantity, especially with the prices they now charge. Please ask the late shift staff what we mean by the perfect ice cap. See photos for...
