Pizzadelic Mount Uniacke — Restaurant in Mount Uniacke

Had delivery to my home multiple times. Paid delivery, tipped 10-15$ every time. (Order price range 50-100$ Plus tips). Last 3 times order was well over 2 hours and when called and asked eta on delivery, was told to come get it. Food would obviously be cold and soggy and some things were wrong. Final time after 2.5 hours called to see what was going on and was told to come get the order and when expressed concern about this repeatedly happening, was met with aggression and “do you want your food or not” and being hung up on. Don’t be in Customer service if you can’t serve customers. A simple “our driver is too busy, or we can’t deliver” before 2 hours of waiting would...

Ordered over $20 worth of food and was told free delivery. After going to the wrong address several times the driver finally showed up, i told him i would not pay the delivery so he called the shop and was told he would take the pizza back. Not the first time they have acted this way and the pizza is not very good at all and they have poor customer service. Uniacke pizza is way better and the driver even let me pay for a large donair at the shop 2 days after delivery since the debit machine was acting up at the door! I ordered from pizzadelic in uniacke this evening April 20th 2019 and got delivery..at 530 pm they say it will be 45 to 50 min at 645 I thought they might just be busy then I get 2 phone calls saying they were here and no one was home and no car in the drive way they were wrong got the wrong address 2 hours later they bring me a cold pizza and a cold garlic fingers and charge me 18 bucks for cold food I had to reheat so I got treated like it was my fault and it was not!
