Fam Burger — Restaurant in Mulmur

Was looking forward to trying this place as I drive through on occasion.

I walked in for take out and was greeted. Nice enough. Saw the prices and was amazed. I'm still not used to all this inflation. A burger for $10 is just unreal (that's not a combo), but I figured this is going to be good. I went with the mini bacon cheese.

Service was pretty quick. They didn't ask me what I wanted on it. I happened to notice there was no garnishes out.

Got the burger and went to my car and looked forward to some quiet time with my burger. The bun unfortunately was not a good burger bun. Crumbly which for me is no good. The burger was warm enough but the garnishes were sooo cold that it made the whole burger just seem cold. The flavour was there but the coldness and crumbly bun took away from it all.

I was going to take it back but was too tired to bother. I just won't be back but hopefully they get things right or this is a one off.

Super clean and quiet atmosphere! The 2 gentlemen that served us and cooked our food were incredible! I went with my teenager after dropping some family off at the airport. We had ordered a burgers with bacon and cheese and onion rings and fries! The burgers patties were high quality, great seasoning. They were thoroughly cooked. Bacon is always tastey! The onion rings and fries are some of the best I ever had. They use very clean cooking oil as my fries and onion rings were golden. Lots of tables to sit and dine at. We chose to eat in. Plenty of parking. Open somewhat late which is great! A little hidden gem of an eatery tucked away in the small Village of Mansfield. Highly recommend this to any burger and onion ring lover. Honestly was way better food than Apache Burger in Toronto! I visited December 18th 2023 around 9pm. No hassle about the time to get food. I made a pit stop at Fam Burger on my journey back to Toronto from Wasaga Beach. I opted for just fries since I adhere to a Halal diet, which isn't offered there. I have to admit, the fries were exceptionally delicious, the best I've ever had. Based on that, I'm confident the burgers must be equally tasty. It would be a great idea for them to introduce Halal chicken to their menu. This could significantly boost their sales, especially since many Muslim families traveling to Wasaga Beach often search for Halal food options on Google and would be drawn to places...
