I had never left a bad review but dining at this restaurant was the worst experience I’ve ever had!! To start, the restaurant wasn’t even that busy but service was very slow. The food was mediocre at most. I asked if I could get the beyond burger on a gluten and dairy free bread, and our waitress said that I could. When my burger was delivered, it was served on lettuce. It’s fine to not have something, but I should have been informed. Had I known, I would’ve ordered something else. She could’ve communicated this to me, but she didn’t. Our food was served first but utensils were delivered 5 minutes later. Not that we needed cutlery, but napkins would’ve been nice. There was no wait staff in sight either. Most importantly they disregarded my gluten allergy. Half way through my meal, I was informed that my fries weren’t gluten free by one of their runners. He was super apologetic and brought a different order of fries which was also mediocre. He seemed to be the only person who actually cared. He gets the star. Our waitress didn’t even acknowledge this mess up or ask how our food was. She and the food get 0 stars. I don't even know why I tipped her.
