The manager/owner flat out lied to me after she made my wraps and had said that she was willing to accept my Subway buy one Series get one 50% off (IF I paid the price of the bread not the wrap), then said she wouldn’t take my coupon once the wraps were made and it was time to pay.
I didn’t pay or take the wraps.
Too many folks come to this country, operate businesses and treat customers like scum. This place is one such place.
Never again will I waste the 10 minutes in their new location. Not with this sort of attitude towards the very people who provide their revenue.
I have read many other reviews that indicate this poor service is a common occurrence in the Ashern Subway.
Time to let corporate know this location is damaging the hard-earned reputation of Subway with such awful...
Read moreI walk in. Two people working. She’s on her phone. He disappears to the back. She sees me. Decides rifling through her pictures on her phone is more important. Keeps doing what she’s doing. So I stand there and say “what’s with this?!” Puts her phone down. I have to repeat 3 times what I want. I have a strong voice so it’s not cause I’m too quiet. Breakfast sandwich made. Ask for coffee (it’s 8am. Why wouldn’t there be coffee) she says nothing rings me up. I’m standing there and have to repeat “I asked for coffee” she says. Oh there is none. So I say why wouldn’t you say that then and leave. Never be back to this subway again and definitely deterring friends from stopping there. Read moreUpdate 2025/03/11: it's getting a lot better. Staff are a lot more friendlier than when it first opened, and it's starting to get consistent. It's also rather quick, but it can be back logged at times, so if you are in a hurry I suggest ordering online (you also get the promo deals that way too). I will also add, the parking lot is pretty cramped for maneuvering.
