Country diner vibe, great food and service, incredible views, fair prices. The restaurant seems out of the way; however, it's only a 10 minute commute from Quispamsis. It's closer than the uptown restaurants in neighboring SJ! Update: Trip Two. Service was stellar, again. The Kingston Challenge burger with hands cut fries was top notch. I was surprised that the "secret sauce" is bbq sauce based. Great burger! We ordered the kids chicken fingers and fries again, this time the chicken was Dino nuggets, which were not a hit. If you want actual chicken fingers, you may have to order an adult meal? I can't wait to return for another wonderful meal.

Went here on my first trip to New Brunswick and was not disappointed! Food was delicious and very well priced. I had chicken tenders and even tried a grapefruit beer from a near brewery. Tasty! Our waiter was the absolute sweetest human ever so attentive and kind. Cute small restaurant near the ferry was so fun to watch the boat come and go while we ate on the patio. Highly recommend!

Nice cosy place right off the ferry. Not a lot of vegan options but really wasn't expecting that either. The atmosphere is eclectic and the staff are extremely friendly. My partner had an omelette that he really enjoyed though the home fries could have used more time frying

I've never had a bad meal here in 3 years. The fare is entirely homemade and the burgers are amazing, made with local beef right on the Kingston Peninsula. Once the staff gets to know you, you can expect them to stock your favourite import or local beer. This family owned establishment overlooks the Kennebecasis River where you can sit on the deck in the summer watching the ferries go back and forth from Gondola Point. Beautiful spot! Ask for Lisa who may refer affectionately to you a "My Doves" and don't be surprised to hear her and her sister (the Chef) yelling back and forth to each other when orders are up to be served. The pub is covered in hunting memorabilia, pictures of days gone by and license plates from all over. This is the local place that you can go to in your cut-off shorts and a tank top and fit right in after a hard days work or having been out in the garden all day. Order the Kingston Challenge with poutine, salt and pepper wings, nachos or the fish and chips and you'll think you've pretty much died and gone to heaven! Also, breakfast can't be beat with their Mixed Grill and their Mom's homemade honey oatmeal bread. Yum! You'll never find a better priced meal with lots of...

Oh dear, where to begin!! First, the service is excellent. You are instantly comfortable and feel like you have entered the home of a very gracious host. Second, they have an IPA by Locations named "JediPA, get it? It's great! The fried pickles are delicious! I recommend the Bacon Double cheeseburger. It is freakin' huge and super tasty from start to the finish, which was almost forty five minutes. I had to pace myself to finish it after the pickles, fries and rings! Third, the view is amazing!! Great...
