Tim Hortons — Restaurant in New Brunswick

Staff are friendly but there are issues with food prep and planning. We wanted to make a quick stop for food on our road trip. We arrived at 9am for breakfast and they had already run out of sausage. We were told sausage would be ready in 8 minutes so we decided to wait. We ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes for our order, and only got our order after following up several times. This location is right off a Trans-Canada exit/entrance leading to one of the main roads in Edmundston. It's very easy to get to. The dining area is spacious and usually pretty clean. The bathrooms are pretty clean, as well. Parking is tight. This location is busiest during the day but not so much in the evening. You already know how the coffee is. It's the worst in the industry. Super ignorant. We were traveling to nova Scotia and decided to stop for a coffee and quick bathroom break. When we got 5 feet from the door one of the employees came and stared us in the face and locked the door and walked away.
