Au Fin Gourmet — Restaurant in New Richmond

If I could give this place no stars I totally would. Gets our order wrong everytime that we go there, to slimey chicken nuggets and watery clams or getting one thing in the order completely wrong. I mentioned I was pregnant and required my food to be thoroughly cooked so I asked for the clams to be cooked well, when I tasted that they were uncooked and watery I called them and said I dont want anything for the poorly cooked food and Im not coming back but it very important that you guys properly cook things when requested because this can be very dangerous during pregnancy. The manager proceeded to fly into me saying that we have a problem with their food when we order however if they got the order right we would not have an issue rather than saying thank you for the feed back we were banned from the restaurant because they didn't like that we had an issue. Their chefs are very arrogant and rude his response to what I said was "well not everyone is pregnant" but they clearly wouldn't care if you were to say the least as I also spoke to one over the phone about this before being handed off to the manager who couldn't speak English enough to address my concern. If you have anything that needs to be cooked properly or don't want anything in particular in your food I wouldn't recommend fin gourmet because they don't care about your order , they care...

The service was okay no problems there but the food was very bad we have eaten a couple times over the past couple month but its always pretty bad this time was even worse the chicken in my club was hard as rock and I didn't even let my son eat his looked like it had been cooked then left out on the counter all day. My wife has ordered the same thing the last 5 times we have went but she's never been given the same plate and never how it was described on the menu. For the price it was really bad and I dont think will eat there anymore, onion rings were good tho...

I just visited the restaurant not the motel. Nice decore, friendly staff, the food was good but way over priced. My friend got the Nachos, good but portion was small. I ordered a hamburger and fries, comes with a small serving of coleslaw which was good and a small dish of gravy I was charged for, and a pepsie, it cost me 30 dollars before the tip.
