Lazeez Shawarma — Restaurant in New Tecumseth

I love Lazeez, my go to is chicken on the rocks. But coming to this location for lunch was the worst mistake i’ve ever made. I paid an extra $5 for double meat and he only put what i get without double meat at my home location. The meat itself looked like it was sitting over night, i was very disgusted eating this because the chicken was hard and crunchy. Also i want my order dripping in garlic sauce, and this guy barely put any on. It was so dry i could barely eat any of the rice because the dry chicken absorbed it all. I don’t usually write a bad review but i’m seriously scared i might get food poisoning with how old the chicken looked and tasted. maybe it’s my fault for thinking a lazeez in a small town would would be any good. if you’re in alliston and want chicken on the rocks...

I've had good experiences with Lazeez before, but tonight's order was unusually bad. I ordered the "Half & Half with Chicken", with Caesar salad and rice as my half & half options. When it arrived, it was 2/3 rice, 1/3 fries, with a sprinkling of lettuce on top with the chicken. I knew this was unusual, since I've ordered this exact dish before, so I called them. At first they argued that it was normal (it's not), but when I described it, they acknowledged that it was an error. Then they said they'd "make it right", and hung up. I've waited over 2 hours now and they still haven't sent a replacement order.

I don't like giving negative reviews, but I'm very disappointed with how this order...

We went into this place to take my family for a quick bite while we were travelling. The washrooms were disgusting with urine on the floor and no paper towel. How are the staff washing their hands?

The dining area was filthy. We asked for a table to be cleaned the guy handed us a paper towel roll and said he's busy.

I was placing a decent size order and as I'm telling the guy I wanted really easy in the sauce, the guy started dousing one of my orders with sauce even though I was pointing out to him I didn't want that.

Clearly this place does not care about hygiene and cleanliness, so we didn't want to finish ordering and left.

This place needs to be inspected by the health...
