Moon's Kitchen — Restaurant in North Battleford

Moons has always been my family go to. We have been going here since I can remember and I always get "The Big One" which is basically a noodle wonton soup. It comes out fast and hot. Overall, if you want a good hearty bowl of wonton soup, come here. My family usually orders a few different dishes, its the standard North American style Chinese food and it works. They also have access to Sasktel Wifi.

Socially, Moons has always been welcoming to people of colour and indigenous peoples. They are friendly and understanding of some language barriers that may exist.

I do wish the hours were more accommodating, since I live out in the rural areas it does take us some time to get into city if we wish to dine out. However, they most likely know the market more than I.

I hope Moon's stays in business for as long as...

Ill start with the food. Food was amazing. I absolutely would come back for the food. Best asain food I've had in North Battleford in a long time. I also didn't have to wait long at all for my food to be done. Very grateful for that.

The service however, is another story. At first I had good service. However, by the time I had ate my food and was paying for my food, the atmosphere towards me had completely changed. I got a very bad vibe from all 3 ladies and the lady to help me pay for my order barely even acknowledged me in any sense when I asked her if she could tell the cooks they did a really good job on the food. I left feeling unappreciated as a customer and not a good feeling as i exited the restraunt. Not impressed with that behavior. For that reason, i probably wont eat...

I was visiting family in North Battleford last night and we stopped here for dinner. It was a very nice experience. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and well lit. The menu has lots of options and our server was professional and polite. I had a starter chicken noodle soup along with meal A, which consisted of chow mein, fried rice, chicken balls and boneless dry ribs. Everything was delicious and I was left satisfied and full! I will definitely recommend this...
