Twiggs Coffee Roasters- On Canadore College Campus — Restaurant in North Bay

I had a very disappointing experience today. I ordered a Twigges cheese slice from the counter, and it was completely burnt from the bottom. When I pointed it out, the staff simply told me “it’s supposed to be like that,” which was shocking.

The slice was inedible — I had to throw it in the garbage. This is completely unacceptable quality and extremely poor customer service. No apology, no solution, just a careless response.

I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone expecting even basic...

The drinks taste like they don't clean out there stuff after each different drinks are made, They don’t make the right olders…. I asked for a plain bagel but I received a sesame bagel….. if you don’t have plain bagels then let people know that before you take there money. Very off putting when you just ask for a hot chocolate and it tastes off.

Asked for toasted sandwich and received untoasted. When I brought it to the attention of the waiter, he insisted that it was ‘lightly toasted’. It was not. Small soup was lukewarm at $6.45. Datesquare was good enough. Coffee is very good. So if you want coffee, go ahead, anything more, go...
