Mr.Sub — Restaurant in North Frontenac

So discussed with the service. We have been there 5 times in the past 2 months. The older lady is very rude. If you are ordering different subs with different tops except to get attitude. If you want 3 coffees it's a big deal apparently. You will get a uhhhh. I was letting it all slide untell today when me and my son went in and he was picking topping he touched the glass and she said if you touch it again you will have to clean in. No lady that is your job. If I could give 0 starts I would. Will not ever be back losing local customers. Apparently if you look at the other comments they mention her to she needs...

So, here's the thing, the girls working are always nice and pleasant and make fine subs when they actually have things to make the subs with. I've gone in 3 times and they did not have bread! Then there's the issue of freshness with the produce. I've gone in a few times, checked out the veggie options and ended up opting out. The one time I asked for fresh lettuce because the one they had out was brown, the girl working told me that she had just opened the bag at 11 that day. IdC when you open something, if it's bad, it's bad and you shouldn't be offering brown lettuce...

Enjoyed the friendly banter with the staff. Clean premises, efficient and friendly service. Appreciate the cheerful service as it must be difficult trying to keep everyone safe by maintaining distances from counter. In a hot, confined space with those masks on, having to deal with customers like myself, who just want their sub, coffee and donuts quickly as possible, must be challenging at times! Thanks for helping my day be better
