Tim Hortons — Restaurant in North Middlesex

I was just in here this past Sunday morning July 3rd. The service was great, food was great and very quick. front counter staff were super nice and greeted me happily into the store. But...this is a big BUT.....and you can tell because I'm writing this 2 days after the fact. Management...the person at the till made my Coffee promptly and handed it to me and said my food was going tobe at the other end as I go over there the other staff member set my bag on the counter we gave each other a mutual nod confirming it was my order.....AND THEN....MRS grumpy pants manager decided to yell at all her staff for 1 not sending the coffee down to the other end with the food and gave the other one hell for not yelling out my order......I was the only customer that made and order as 2 other costumers came through the door after my food was in my hands. O understand having a system and protocols but I guarantee that embarrassing belittling and yelling at your staff is NOT a part of that....I sure hope this gets addressed before these young people learn that way of treating other people....shame...

Quite simply the greatest Tim Hortons on the planet. Always kind always friendly always giving my dog 2 not 1 but 2 TimBits with a smile on their face, orders are always exactly as I request them and I’m a weirdo with some things I want certain ways, we all are let’s be honest. I go there three times a day and can honestly say that if for some reason this Tim Hortons was to close, I would be seriously bummed. Parkhill is better because we have this amazing Tim Hortons. Worst experience today. I asked for a chicken cravebels burger and asked for jalapeños in that. There should be two chicken pieces i got only one but that is fine and about one million of jalapeño in my burger. Issue was the behaviour shown by the drive thru girl, her name was Abby. I went back to return the burger in drive thru but the same girl there snached the burger and did not said sorry insted she had a very rude behaviour. No eye contact no feeling of sorry she looked at me in last like i own millions of dollars from her. I will never come back in this tim horton location. I have attached the picture as well of the...
