Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Norwich

Never once have I had my order right at this location. They either don't have stuff in stock that is listed on the menu, the choice of dips is almost always nil, the staff never know what they are doing or what the items actually are on the menu. Tonight, I ordered wings, chicken chunks, deep fried pickles and deep fried cauliflower. The guy asked the other girl if they had pickles. She said no it was discontinued (yet it's on the website and on their menu board). Ok cauliflower then. We don't have that either. Then they looked and yes they have it. I asked for 2 dips. Oh I have to check what we have (that's normal because they usually have a choice of 2 or 3 - one being pizza sauce). They actually had the 2 I requested tonight! So I paid and left with my 3 boxes. I got home to find out my 3 boxes had 5 chicken chunks in one and 5 chicken chunks and 1 chicken wing and a box of cauliflower. No wings. I saw him cook them but the girl took over so what happened to the wings?

I didn't calling to complain because why bother. This is normal for this location. I would never order a pizza slice from their "display". They look like they were made in the morning and left there until closing. The cheese looks like it has congealed to looking almost plastic much like food from a child's kitchen center toy. This ain’t a typical pizza pizza. It’s a gas bar with a Mr sub and pizza pizza in it. The staff have no clue how to cook pizzas and pizza pizza products properly. We ordered the $19.99 special large 2 topping with 8 wings. Wings were dried out and seemed old like they had been sitting for awhile. Or they had really old oil in their fryers which made them horrible. The pizza itself was undercooked and the bacon crumble was like literally cold on top of the pizza. Dont go here. I’ve never had my order come correct from this place. Not once. Which means the rest of your food gets cold while you wait for them to bake you a replacement pizza. This location seems to do whatever they want. They shut down the fryers hours early. The pizza does not taste the same as regular locations. I swear the wings are not from Pizza Pizza’s typical source either. They’re tiny with barely any meat on them, not breaded the same and the sauces come from Mr. Sub out of a squeeze bottle. Corners are cut here to save money, and it shows. I’m surprised Pizza Pizza’s HQ is allowing it.
