Excellent food! But let down severely by the lack of cleanliness. The place is filthy and the employees were standing around chatting instead of cleaning. There is a thick layer of dust and dirt and dead flies on the window ledges, the bathroom smells dank and the floors look like they have never been mopped. The sinks were dirty and there was no extractor fan making the damp smell unbearable. The blinds were permanently down which made the place look closed and unwelcoming, but I suspect that was to hide the extreme dirtiness of the window panes themselves. There is a leak from the ceiling that was left to accumulate on a table and bench (and the employees just walk by the water puddle, ignoring it) and there are several ceiling tiles that are stained and wet with water. The vents themselves were dripping wet. We were very unsatisfied with the place and almost left when we looked around but we were pressed for time. There were also live flies that kept bothering us throughout the meal which was unpleasant. Again, the employees were not concerned. Stopped here before many times, but on this magical May 20th, 2025 was the best time when the planets aligned, harmony was felt, and dogs and cats were getting along. It was a busy day at work, so I decided to eat light. Fish for the win. (Fin) 😄 Kaitlin was friendly, was an excellent server, and the food came out so fast and hot. They chef brought it out himself. He was a bigger guy, yet gingerly and graceful as a ballerina making his way to the table, think I even saw him pirouette back into the kitchen at one point. As I have always said in all my food reviews, I always trust a big chef. You don't want to buy a car from a guy who never drives, right?? Never trust a skinny chef. I had a simple Cod and shrimp meal for $20 and still have 20 minutes to kill before going back to work. I didn't feel weighted y the batter was so light on the fish it was airy and crisp at the same time. Excellent lunch time...

We've ordered out from here at least a dozen times without any issues. Today we ordered again, same thing we always get. An hour later still no food so we called and asked. So they told us a story that they've been getting prank order calls where nobody actually answers or pays for the food so they claimed they tried calling us to confirm, which they actually never did call us to confirm. Then they back tracked and told us the person who's been prank ordering them has the same name as us so they never made and shipped our order, without even telling us. What HORRIBLE service and an even worse business practice. Shame on them and I will NEVER order from such a Mickey mouse operation again. I hope the owner sees this and if he has any care in the world about his LOYAL customers who have spent a lot of money there , he'll do the right thing and make sure this doesn't happen to another loyal customer that...
