My boyfriend and I came to Dunnville for the Mudcat festival and popped into the Country Chip Wagon. We wanted to just grab a quick bite which we did but also spoke to the owner about the food and the business. She was very hospitable and friendly and the food ended up being delicious. Perch was well cooked and the bread was fresh. Jalapeno poppers were really good as well and we got the dill pickle poutine which was a great size and extremely enjoyable - mix between chopped fried pickles and julienned pickle pieces with the fries and gravy. When I heard Country chip wagon was open with new owners I decided to try the family Perch with a order of Frys. I would eat here at least once a week on Fridays and have the family perch twice a month and recommend the previous owners perch over the Erie Beach in Port Dover to anyone.

I arrived around 4 pm. Two other vehicles parked in front. No line up to order. I waited 30 minutes for my order. Now that I have tried the Perch under the new owners.. waste of $40 plus for Soggy limp under cooked family size perch and soggy frys I won't be back or ever give my recommendation for their...
