Subway — Restaurant in Ontario

Just went into Subway after receiving coupons in the mail. Awesome! Arrived at the store, no attendance behind the counter. Finally a young kid staggers in from the Jarred open door leading to outside letting a load of flies into the store. He then asks me what I want I tell him I want 3 ft long subs two meatballs and one cold cut. He proceeds to tell me that he has to get more cold cut meat out of the fridge as they are out. This is 6:00 p.m. remind you think that they would be stocked up. He then tells me that he only has enough meatballs for one sub, would he like me to make more meatballs for the other? Obviously that's what I want so I say yes. Once again surprised that there's no meatballs ready yet dinner time. He then tells me it will be 5 more minutes for meatballs. I say that's fine and wait the allotted time. Meanwhile, three more employees emerge from the yard open door all staggering in assuming they just had a"smoke break", my meatballs are currently cooking while a new staggering employee asks me what I would like on my cold cut while the meatballs are finishing. I tell him and he makes the sub no problem. The meatballs are now ready, and I'm watching the attendant make my sandwiches, I asked for more marinara sauce and he says that they don't have any marinara sauce. Rather surely towards me, and then says I went out of my way to make meatballs just for you. I informed him that I did not want to have a dry meatball sub, if that's the case I do not want the subs. He then said are you serious!? I said yes absolutely I have a coupon for three subs, if I can't get what I want honored I'm not getting anything. He then told me that I am obligated to pay for the first sub and I said no because it does not honor the order that I wanted. So you can throw that out and...

What a bonus to have a Subway in this location.

We stopped in for lunch. This location is connected to a convenient store and a gas station. The young man who served us was extremely polite and super nice not like the usual I don't care attitude towards customers.

We had our usual foot long tuna sub, added 3 extra kinds of cheese, fountain drink, 2 large size chocolate chunk cookies and a bowl size clam chowder soup.......to our freaking surprise our total came to $14.85 for everything. Holy cow.......what a deal! We usually paid $21.65 for every we just ordered.

This Subway takes the cake for the best made Subway sandwiches that I have had the pleasure of eating. The sandwiches are made perfectly and to your exact specifications. When I say your specifications, there is no begging to put on an extra leaf of spinach here. You ask for extra vegetables, you are getting extra vegetables. The staff is very friendly, so don't be afraid to chat them up. Finally, there is no HST, so don't be afraid to buy extra, so you can enjoy a sandwich the next day for lunch or forge stronger bonds with hungry...
