I can confidently say the Tim Hortons at Hyde Park in Oakville is one of the best I’ve ever been to. The service is always quick and friendly, the atmosphere is clean and inviting, and the location is beautiful and peaceful — perfect for a coffee break or a quick meal.
What really sets this location apart is the freshness of the food. — it’s always freshly baked and you can actually taste the difference. The pastries, bagels, and breakfast items just seem to be a notch above other Tim Hortons locations. Everything tastes like it was made just moments before serving — warm, soft, and delicious. I also want to personally mention Razia, the manager. She’s one of the kindest, most attentive people I’ve come across in customer service. I had an issue with my order once, and not only did she resolve it quickly, but she also went out of her way to make sure I left happy. She checked in with a warm smile, apologized sincerely, and even offered a complimentary item — something small, but it left a lasting impression. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and her team.

I kindly asked for 6 Dulce de Leche doughnuts, which they did not have as available for the moment. However, very thoroughly they struggled on and prepared them for me, with an extremely willing soul in less than 10 min. I simply had no words to express my gratitude. Thank you, dear team of Tim Hortons of Hyde Park!

This Tim Horton's unit looks like a factory of talents! Because a few weeks ago we found a new talent called Richard! He was born to be a leader because he commands the entire team as no one else, in an intrepid and committed fashion. Apart from that he always assist us with a broad smile, sympathy and charism, making our day better, and regally representing the team of Tim Hortons.

Two days ago, I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, and when I got it, I found the pieces of chicken inside were almost raw. When I confronted the shift manager, she apologized and replaced it with another well-done sandwich. Today, I brought a grilled chicken wrap to my son. When he started to eat it, we found the sandwich and its package soaked in a smelly, strange liquid that looked like water. when I confront a different morning shift manager. She said this is usual, and these types of sandwiches need to be juicy. And, because this is not my first time ordering this type of sandwich, I told her this was incorrect. She continued to argue with me in front of the store's customers. But, when I insist that this is not what I used to get, especially with that worn-out, smelly chicken, she replaces the sandwich with a new one, but she was not convinced, and she gives me that face that says I don't know what I am talking about.
