Just this morning I decided to go inside the building to order just to change things up. This was the last time I'll ever do that, and in fact the service was so poor I'm just not going back there ever again. I went to order at the counter as a person would, and no one would acknowledge or ever take notice of my presence, so I used one of their tablets. No big deal. I ordered a basic sandwich, a coffee with milk, and 20 tim bits for the office. It took about 10 minutes to see my biscuit with sausage, but somehow took 22 minutes for the simple coffee and 20 tim bits. This place is a joke. Even after getting to work and opening the tim bits, I notice they stiffed me 3 out of the 20. This place is a shining example of incompetent store front workers, and an example of the poorly managed franchise itself. I'm done with this garbage. This place is a joke

No thanks. You need to do the work here. I don't work there, nor do I manage your store or business. I'm here expressing a very poor experience as many seem to have done before, and yet, it's still not any better...
Fix the problems. No matter the offers for what ever, I'm simply done. It doesn't save time or money to wait over 20 minutes for coffee. It's not worth the time or effort anymore. Manage the store, hire competent staff, ensure quality to your paying customers before you loose more. Very simple. Be involved with your business more. Experience the show of your hires in the morning and the chaos of disorganization....
Read moreA simple order turned into a hilarious joke to the employees...simply pulled into the long, no exit drive thru, to order ten timbits....the lady said something over the speaker...we couldn't understand the words, so pulled up ..the young lady from India informed me that they had no timbits...I said , no problem , I'll take a rain check...she said what is raincheck..I explained ..she said "sorry sir I don't know"...I said pardon ...again she said "sir I don't know"...now I have a nice brown pony tail and blue eyes and 100% look and am a lady ....I said whhooaa whoooa...I am a man...not a sir....at this point the young lady started giggling and laughing...wow no manners and no concept of English....I asked again for rain check..she again said sir....now another young lady from India came I to the conversation...she also said no to raincheck...the first young lady told the second young lady about calling me sir......now I am getting extremely hot and offended...a young white girl came to help...she had no clue either..as the two India girls were giggling and laughing behind her....then a middle age whit male came...he said no rain checks...he was polite..at this time I was more concerned with being called a sir and them laughing about it...don't let people work in customer service who don't know what the words mean...sir...mamm.....no apology ...just giggling and jokes....I am no Karen....but I am definelty no sir.....throw me some timbits for my has and trouble...
Read moreI am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at Tim Hortons. I ordered an iced coffee with extra cream, which is my usual order, and it clearly didn’t even have the normal amount of cream in it. When I asked the drive-thru staff to remake it, instead of doing so, the worker gave me an attitude, took the cup back, spilled some coffee out, and just dumped more cream into the same drink. That’s not remaking a drink—that’s cutting corners and shows zero respect for customers.
On top of that, she handed it back with coffee spilled all over the cup, dirty and messy. At the end she had the nerve to say “it’s 4 extra things of cream now,” as if that makes it okay. Isn’t it Tim Hortons’ policy to remake an order if the customer is not satisfied? This is not the first time they’ve messed up my order, but this was the last straw.
Terrible service, poor attitude, and absolutely no care for customer satisfaction. Definitely not coming back after...
