Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Ontario

Unfortunately, my visit yesterday 4/6/24 was a bit less than desirable. The place was almost completely empty, including drive thru but the interior of the shop was dirty. Front doors were loaded with hand prints on the glass. Floors needed a wash, visible areas of dirt I had to step around. The table I sat at was covered with old coffee stains. Not cleaned. Others similarly dirty. Went to the toilet and inside the disabled WC the pigs not only didn’t bother to flush a big #2 (meaning that the sensor on the wall didn’t work) but then some other pig decided to take a #1 all over the seat. That’s two pigs back to back. I will spare you the photos I took inside the WC. But nobody from the restaurant bothers to periodically check? Also, even the roll of TP was messed up, it was not circular so that it was almost impossible to roll out TP properly without it getting stuck and ripping off inside the holder instead of in your hand. Very frustrating. Also, one of the two handicapped parking signs must’ve been run over, it was completely missing from in front of the parking space. Coffee was ok. Asked for ice at the bottom, always too hot to drink even 20 minutes later and I am skeptical of the new cups because they don’t seem very secure, they are not firm in the hand, I worried it would fall...

Unfortunately, u have the exact same review as the woman or man before me . This place had garbage on the floor , fingerprints on every surface you can imagine ! I almost did not want to order food!! I also tried to use the bathroom without being able to . They are dirty ! The toilet paper is so full you can’t get anything to move in order to use it . The other bathroom is also very dirty ! I do. Or think this place has been cleaned or any care has been put into this establishment in a long time ! The dining room should be clean. The bathroom should be clean. Should not see fingerprints on every surface as possible. There’s stains everywhere the place is absolutely absolutely disgusting.. 🤮 I ended up leaving and could not believe there were a few people sitting in that filthy dining room !

Honestly, my visit to your store was shocking and completely unacceptable. While waiting, I was appalled to see over 20 small flies inside the donut display fridge! This sight was disgusting and a blatant violation of any hygiene or food quality standards.

When I informed the staff member, they simply swatted the flies off the donuts instead of taking immediate action to remove the contaminated products . This reflects a clear disregard for customer health and safety.

What I witnessed shows a complete lack of cleanliness and oversight in your establishment, which is utterly unacceptable. I strongly urge you to reevaluate your operations; otherwise, this experience will result in a total loss of customer...
