I was at tim hortons (60 McNaughton Ave, Wallaceburg, ON N8A 1R9) today (Sept 14, 2022, approx 11:00 am) when I walked into the establishment and walked up to the counter, no one came to my attention for about 5 minutes. I had to ask for someone to get off their phone so I could order. I thought nothing of it as they could be short staffed and it could be an important call. I ordered like I normally would and then waited down at the pick up counter for my food. 10 minutes later I haven't seen anyone make any progress on my food. I asked one of the employees and she just shrugged me off. After another 5 minutes I got a little bit louder as no one was moving or doing anything and I asked what's going on as they took my money and i dont have my food. I got a little reckless but still spoke with respect and asked where my food was. They finally said it would be 1 minute. When I got my food the lady at the counter threw it at me and when I said have a nice day she said “okay” and went back to the back room. So after +15 minutes of waiting and rude staff, they gave me the wrong thing. I asked for 2 sausage farmers wraps and they gave me 2 bacon farmers wraps and no eggs, hash browns and sauce. bacon and a tortilla. I will not be returning to this establishment and I hope no one...
Read moreI took 20 mins from my 30 min lunch to stop at the 60 McNaughton Ave. Location in Wallaceburg. I ordered a chocolate iced capp. Five minutes later the gentleman came back and said ill be getting a regular iced capp. I asked why and was told there was no more chocolate milk to make my order. It's a very popular drink, (next to the coffee, of course). I then proceeded to ask why, sighting that it would be almost like them running out of coffee! He said not really but ran out because alot of people, more than usual, ordered chocolate iced capps that day! Apparently he was too young and was lost in the irony. Lol as a last ditch effort, he asked again. Those last 90 seconds before he finally gave me my refund , was dripping with awkwardness. Oh, by the way, this was the 3rd time this summer that this particular lack of chocolate milk, occurred. I was just passing through as usual but have a soft spot for this location. Since it was the last place my grandmother and I had our last coffee before she past a while ago. Hopefully they have chocolate milk the next time.
