First and foremost, I don’t normally complain, but this has to be, by far the worst experience I’ve had yet with Tim Hortons. Firstly I ordered a Turkey Club, with extra lettuce, to which is an extra 50-75c for a piece of lettuce, a large soup with a bun, and a water. Which came too $14.09 as well as (their debt machine wasn’t working) so I gave them $24.10 and got $10 back, I then had to wait at the window for 10-15 minutes, because they were out of bacon and needed it too cook. Finally I received my food, at this point I got to the speaker to order at 11:50am, it is now 12:10pm, before I leave I check my bag, to find I am missing my bun, which I paid for... so I only assumed I should probably check my sandwhich, to find absolutely no lettuce, yes the lettuce I order “extra” of, as well as two bacon pieces... the bacon I had to wait at the window for... so I tried to call to inform them on there mistake. To then find, it rings and rings... and goes to voice mail, which is full, again... and again, to no prevail, at this point the line is full, it is now 12:15... I then decide at this point I guess I will attemp to fix this issue, again I wait in line, I nicely inform them what happen, as well as no one is answering their phones, to which they informed me, they currently aren’t working. They then took my food (note I pushed my thumb into the top portion of my sandwich bun, which now has a hole in the top), they then gave me $12.25 as my refund, note ^ above I paid $14.10, I then said I’m hungry I’d rather have food then my money. Obviously this is my lunch, which I now do not have anymore time to eat. At this point three of the employees have given me nasty looks, like it’s my fault I’m trying to get what I ordered... assumed it should be this hard, especially after paying nearly $15 for a sandwich, soup, and a water bottle??? At this point it is now 12:30pm, I received my order complete? So I believe, I pulled over into the parking lot, just to double check, especially at this point of my day. I got my extra lettuce which for some reason was soaking wet, to the point the entire bun is mush like someone put it in the sink under water, none the less I don’t want to really complain, except to add insult to injury, the same bun that I poked a nice hole in the top, is the same bun I have for my “new” sandwich, as well as the soup was warm, no longer hot... after 40-45 minutes of my day, which I don’t even have for lunch, just to get my order at this point, which was the same order I got 45 minutes ago, now cold, and remade twice.
By far the most irresponsible, unprofessional, and ignorant experience I’ve had to this day.

Read moreAfter multiple visits to the same location, I feel the need to give this Tim Horton's a bad review. On more than one occasion I have waited an extremely long time to receive 2 coffees. The first time I waited at the order screen for more than 5 minutes to order 2 coffees, all the vehicles ahead of me had ordered, paid for and received their orders and still no one took my order. So I drove up to the pick up window and had to ask if they could take my order, which then took even longer. Today I ordered my coffees as normal, waited my turn in line then pulled up to the window to pay, where I waited over 5 minutes just for someone to open the window so I could pay for my order and receive my coffees. I could see my order sitting on the counter along with orders of people behind me. The employees did not open the window or even recognize that I was sitting there. While I sat there, I watched an employee take 3 separate orders from vehicles behind me and make their orders before she opened the window. Again, after multiple visits to the location and many frustrating experiences, I will now choose a different...
Read moreI had a great experience at this location thanks to Dilsher who provided excellent customer service! I needed potato wedges for dinner at 10pm and had no luck at any of the grocery stores after driving all around town. I then called nearly 20 Tim Hortons and all told me they didn’t have any wedges. But this location with Dilsher answering the phone was the only one to say I don’t have any now but I can make some for you! He graciously made me 3 orders of wedges for our dinner which were ready in 10 minutes. Not only that, I asked him if he could make us a dozen of walnut crunch donuts and he kindly obliged. They were also just about ready when I got there. I had requested them with less sugar glaze than usual due to dietary restrictions and he found a way to do it, they turned out perfect! Thank you very much Dilsher for not only the amazing customer service but also for having the initiative to make these orders on the spot when the other locations’ employees just simply said we don’t have any at the moment. He is an exemplary employee and deserves to be recognized and...
