I’ve been a Contractor in the City of Kingston for over 5 Years. Naturally, Tim Hortons is my first stop 5-7 days a week and plays a CRUCIAL role in my day (haha)
That being said, the Tim Hortons at the SIR JOHN A MacDonald Exit by the 401 has got to be my favorite store. The SOUL REASON for that, is because of DONNA.
Donna ALWAYS greets me with a smile. Knows me by my order (Large Iced Coffee or Double-Double, an Oreo Cookie and/or a Lemon Poppy Seed Muffin.
No matter how rainy of a day, how busy, how chaotic the drive-thru is, Donna is ALWAYS “On”. She can clear a drive-thru like nobodys business, work the cash, or in the kitchen. She is (in my humble opnion) your BEST employee.
I’m not sure how Coorporate, or your store works, but if there is an Employee Of The Month, a Bonus, or whatever have you, DONNA deserves it. Heck, she deserves the world.

Read moreI am absolutely reporting this store!! The management at this location need to be removed! 0 stars!!!! 4 cars in DT- (I was#4). I ordered a coffee. Car #1 ordered bev and food. They were already at window 2-3 min before I had gotten thru the light and into the lot. 7 mins later they were served and gone (ok). Car#2 ordered 2 hot beverages and ice Capp. Served 8 mins later(slow). Car #3 ordered 2 bev 6 min later served (brutal) .I waited 10 min for my 1 coffee. Told them it was unacceptable wait times when they FINALLY opened the window. I asked for my coffee and had to wait for another employee to put out the machine. Then I had to wait for a third person and a fourth apparently Finally perhaps the manager??? I was now asking for my coffee. Complained again about the wait. Manager says: the card has to be swiped again then says we are training. I said I didn’t care and will report and I WILL 100%!! Don’t let this poor management ruin Tim...
Read moreMade my purchase of two drinks and some food, then my granddaughter pointed out the cards that they're selling now with the purchase of drinks, so I asked if I could get 2 packs at the sale price of $1.50 since I'd just bought two drinks. They rang in two, at full price and changed me to my card and I hadn't even given them my phone yet! Now at this point I didn't realize I'd been charged I just thought the sale was open on the till...(Not sure how they did it.) I told them no, I wasn't paying full price, I asked if they could refund my food order and put it thru again and add the cards? They said no, they could refund the cards, I said I haven't bought them yet, then they told me they'd changed me and would refund them...I was stunned. But they couldn't refund my my meal and recharge me for it and sell me two sets of cards. So I got my refunded cards and left with my drinks and food. Poor customer service for a very massive...
