As is with almost every visit to my hometown Timmy's, today was no different. Lined up out the door and only ONE person running the till. This Tims is one of the worst top five for serving the front line. They absolutely refuse to put a second person on the secondary till! ABSOLUTELY REFUSE!! Pretty sure their motto is 'let them wait, where else are they going to go!' 12 minutes in line to get one coffee. Instead of pulling one employee off the drive thru to help the counter staff, management has obviously decided that the walk up customer isn't important enough to lessen their wait and drive thru customers have priority! Maybe instead of having the drive thru 'timer' ticking on the wall from those customers, move it to the front till and let's see it tic toc those customers that have less importance. Shameful representation of an iconic national chain on an almost daily basis! Good thing it's a Tim Hortons or this management team would be working at another Tim Hortons that they don't own! And as I've taken 15 mins to type a review, the line hasn't gotten shorter and only one till remains open. Also witnessed a breakfast sandwich being made for a drive thru customer and the employee was not wearing gloves! Just a poorly...

This location was renovated, so it looks nicer. But this does not make up for its faults. First, if you go inside during the warmer months, you'll see plugged in fans running behind the counter. Can they really not put any money into fixing the AC? I'm sure this effects the temperatures of product as well.
Second, orders are often made incorrectly and the response from employees feels apathetic. This is something they probably don't worry too much about, because they're one of only a tiny amount of food establishments in this town and they know they can get away with it. I can't tell you how many times I've ordered an iced coffee or breakfast sandwich that's been wrong.
Third, this location stops selling food around 10-11 pm. Last I checked, that isn't something stores were allowed to opt out of and I know the store gets enough visitors at night to warrant at least some food left on.
I used to love the Tim's I worked for and was proud of the service I could offer to people, so it's especially sad to see this store lacking in so many areas. I hope to see it improve more in the future, as the renovation was...
Read moreStopped here today on my way back to Toronto from Windsor. Lynda was the only cashier and she took our order. I felt her was service absurd and I left so confused how she is employed with such terrible customer service skills. It felt as if we were interrupting her day, it was terrible standing there waiting for her to hand over our box of timbits. Lynda stood there with the box chatting with a co-worker, not only was the conversation extremely inappropriate her attitude is so sour. I had to stand there waiting while she had her gossip session, avoiding making eye contact with me, I would have absolutely said something if she did, like where's a manager? Instead of Lynda taking two steps forward back to the cash after making us wait, she places the box on the counter to the left and tells me to pick...
