Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Ontario

This location is small but very well run generally when I've been there , I have to say the staff are excellent, professional and polite, unfortunately on two occasions I've had to ask for a refund regards there roast beef cravable sandwiches being served on stale dried out bun , last visit with my wife she had a chicken soup that was served with the same type of bun and same issue ,,,,

If your bread buns are stale don't serve it because you need to get rid of it , I don't blame the staff as they must be instructed to ignore the obvious.

Next day I had a spare 20 minutes so figured as the owner ( see below ) reached out in this review Id followed the instructions to leave a comment via app , no joy couldn't figure were you do that for that specific location , called the 1888 number and waited gave up after 15 minutes on hold ,,,, as I'm sure countless others must do .

So , as I figured just a feel good automated message with no intensions of true customer service , really...

It’s unfortunate that people still like to abuse the rating system on new locations but here goes.

It’s great to have a location this close. It’s new, it’s going to have growing pains. It can be busy and it can be slow. These things should be expected. If your problem is about how long it took to open, don’t give a review - it’s redundant.

It’s a nice location, they are still getting their stock in and training employees. It’s obvious they are desperate for more people so cut them some slack. No reason do be this worked up over not having your $1 donut.

As for the place itself; tons of parking, very open. There’s 2 entrances and one is from the gas station store. The shape of it is a bit odd. Drive through has a cross over in between yet has 2 aisles (though one isn’t open yet). The cooking/drive thru area is off to the side so sometimes employees can’t see there are people in the store. Who’s fault that is, I’m not exactly sure. Washrooms are clean. Hours are good, all week...

I am a huge coffee lover and this Tim Hortons always has delicious coffee, not burned or old tasting, it's always like the 1st coffee of the day, even if it's your 3rd or 4th 😁 I use mobile ordering a lot as well and the staff who serve me know how I like things ...(I am one of many customers as this is a very busy spot)... one time I accidentally hit 1.5 creams in my coffee and they caught it and asked me if I wanted 1 or 1.5... i was so appreciative that they caught that mistake... ya know what a travesty it is when your coffee isn't made right! 🤨 I can't share enough positive things about the staff here.
