I finally had a day off, and my first order of business was to see Joe at Wellington Bakery on November 30th. When you step inside, you're greeted by Joe's welcoming demeanour, coupled with the aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries. Joe's passion for baking is evident in every delicious creation that graces the shelves, the front counter, the baking racks, and back tables where everything is made and baked on the premises.
From the moment you enter, you're surrounded by the comforting scent of freshly baked goods that instantly lifts your spirits. Joe's talent is unmatched β each pastry, cookie, and loaf of bread is a masterpiece of flavour and craftsmanship. The sausage rolls and croissants are a delightful symphony of buttery and flaky goodness. Joe's innovative approach means there's always something new and exciting to try, whether it's a unique flavour combination or a seasonal treat.
The customer service is as exceptional as the baked goods. Joe is always ready with a smile and a friendly chat. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making every visit a pleasure. Wellington Bakery isn't just a place to buy bread β it's a community hub where you feel like part of the family.
Highly recommend stopping by if you want to experience the best bakery in town. Five stars without a doubt! πππππ

Friendly guy, very experienced baker with a talent for the delicious. Also as soon as he saw the young kids he offered them both a little on the house treat. Nothing thatβs going to tank his profit margins but just a touch of old school decency, sadly uncommon in our modernizing society. Best cinnamon bun ever so my kids claim. I believe it. We got some cookies, a cherry danish and a couple of sausage rolls. Top notch. I honestly didnβt even pay attention to how much it all cost because with wares this good and service this honest and dedicated, who cares what it costs. Breads also looked very tempting. We...

We got almond and chocolate croissants, a cherry danish, and two cookies that were decorated like artwork! We got there just in time too, as a line-up formed shortly after we arrived. But the owner /baker who is the only one working at the bakery, took his time to talk to us and serve us. He explained what each item was, and you could tell how proud he is of what he creates. The waiting customers must have been regulars as they seemed to be very patient as he spoke with us. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to PEC! I've already recommended that my son and his wife...
