The food was delicious and the portions were surprisingly big. An entrée, main course, and a dessert leaves you full and satisfied. Although we arrived at the last minute, right before the kitchen closed for preparation for the supper, they were understanding and flexible. The waiter was polite and kind. The veal liver was delicious and had many flavour combined. The melted cheese stick was very delicious, they transformed a simple meal into a delicious entrée. The tortellini lacked a bit of seasoning, but it was overall good. The fish burger was delicious too, but unfortunately we found one bone in the patty. It happens, nothing wrong with that. The dessert was light and it complements the coffee well. Lastly, the soup, as well as the chicken and chips plate was delicious as well. Thank you for the meal.

We love the bistro and have been visiting Magog for years for skiing. We finally made it during the summer and we are delighted we did. The food, presentation, and service continue to be outstanding. My husband and I both enjoyed the Table d’hote which is a salad/ soup, appetizer, main dish and coffee/tea. My husband loved loved (a lot) the Panna cotta tomatoe salad and cous cous main. If you like cream then the panna cotta will appeal to your palate. It is a different spin on the caprese salad. I loved the tuna appetizer, and the mushroom pasta. It is more than I can eat but the leftover pasta is divine . The food here is simply delicious and creative. There is a warm atmosphere at the bistro. If we lived in Magog we would be regulars. You will not be disappointed. Merci.

Our first time here and what a most enjoyable and marvelous experience. The service is impeccable and the food out of this world divinely scrumptious. The presentation is phenomenal and appetizing. 4 adults and 2 teens were all very satisfied and impressed. We'll definitely come again next time we are in the area. Thank you so much.

Location is great , Hotel is very modern , rooms are very comfy . The breakfast was unfortunately disappointing , Hotel Cheribourg(older less modern) has Breakfast/Dinner that surpassed this one. It would also be nice if they booked families with kids to a certain side/or floor of the hotel so we can sleep in on our vacation (past 7am). I understand this is a "family hotel " but there was total disregard for other hotel patrons (like us) who carefully close the doors don't run in the hallways and or drag furniture at early hours ,above and to the side of the room (like a zoo).

I understand kids will be kids , but there maybe should be signs hung up in hallways about courtesy and quiet time hours , and this should enforced by the hotel staff and told to the parents when they check in with a group of kids. I hope to give this hotel another chance.

PLEASE ENFORCE COURTESY so all patrons can...

We ate here while staying at the hotel. While our server was lovely, the food disappointed. Beef tartar was just okay, too many flavors masking the beef. Our mains looked pretty but really weren't good. We got the cod with broccoli puree. The fish was cooked beautifully, but it was topped with a lot of raw onion and the broccoli puree tasted like very bad baby food. We also got the pheasant on cauliflower puree which was also rough. The bird was kind of mushy and chewy, and the puree was also baby food vibes. Maybe we just order badly. The menu is very large. I'd recommend having fewer entrees and Making sure they taste good. The restaurant also smelled a bit like a kitchen which is always turn off. We also wished they had a bar you could sit at for a drink. The burger pub bar is really not appealing and smells...
