Papa Joes — Restaurant in Ottawa

If I could leave no stars, I would. I have been a friendly, regular and loyal customer since I moved to Greely 6 months ago. Tonight I placed an order for a chicken burger. When it arrived, there was no chicken patty on it. I called to let them know in hopes they would replace it. Instead the owner whom I have never had an issue with told me “What do you want now?! Leave us alone! You complain too much. Go order Pizza Pizza if you don’t like our food now leave us alone.” Then proceeded to hang up on me I attempted to call back 7 times and was hung up on each try. Finally the owner called me back to say they have a policy that if a customer complains more than 5 times, they ban them. He told me I have complained 18 times. Absolutely insane. I have never ever complained let alone 18 times. He told me that all of the cooks and delivery drivers hated me and my family and the only reason they continued serving me was because the one older gentleman who delivered liked my kids. This is a HORRIBLE establishemnt who should not be in the customer...

first time trying out this pizza and was not disappointed. I ordered online and was also surprised how easy it was and how user friendly the site was to order. Other bigger franchises dont even come close to the UI experience.

Location: Not hard to find down bank st. Easy to get to and lots of parking space. The building itself is small with one table to sit in but i would say 99% of customers take their pizza home. The place was very clean as well.

Staff: Super nice staff. Greeted me right away and asked what i wanted. I had pre ordered so my order was next in line and wait time was perfect. Fresh pizza!!!

Pizza: Loved it!!! We picked up a Canadian and it was nice and fresh. This pizza is the right combination of pizza that you want when you are not looking for a heavy loaded pizza like other places. I ordered a large pizza on Feb 6th what I asked for wasn't what I got I told them I can't have green peppers could they substitute it for hot peppers when they delivered it had green peppers on it so I phoned them and told them they told that they would replace it the next time I ordered it would be FREE so the following week I wanted another pizza they told me they have no record of it the person told it wasn't his shift he work's on Mondays which was a Monday that I had ordered so he told me that the owner would have to get back to me by Wednesday that has come and past So as har as I'm concerned they ripped me off and I will not and won't ever recommend this place due to the fact they don't Care ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS JUST...
